Atleast they were able to tell me where I can buy some heel supports for my skates. We followed their directions and bought some and for the first time I put on my skates in London. We head over to Hyde Park where I see more recreational rollerbladers in one hour than I see all year in Alameda. No joke.
My dad puts on my skates and saves himself from falling quite gracefully.
